We spend a lot of our lifetime worrying about the failures of the past, the unknown of the future and things that we don’t have any control on; and that, however, set our minds restless.
Sometimes we feel hopeless, we feel so sad and angry that we think, for a moment, that life doesn’t worth living, and that’s really absurd. But the clue is always in front of our eyes, but we never tend to look at it.
We always need a rest, we need a moment where we give up our minds, self and body. And just breathe. This is how all the causes of our confusion, sadness and all the clouds in our minds go away.
